My journey as a leadership consultant & coach has taken me across the world—from Austria to the U.S., from university classrooms to global corporations—helping leaders grow and thrive. Having lived in Austria, England, Greece, and Spain before moving to the U.S. for high school and college, I developed a deep appreciation for different cultures and perspectives. After earning my BA in Political Science and Spanish from Trinity University, I returned to Vienna, searching for work that felt truly meaningful.
While teaching at a local university, I was invited to assist at a leadership academy’s assessment center. Witnessing how leadership development could transform individuals and organizations, I knew I had found my calling. Motivated by a desire to make a real difference, I pursued a Master of Science in Supervision, Coaching, and Organizational Development. My love for the outdoors also led me to study Outdoor Experiential Education, integrating leadership and team development with nature—a passion that ultimately inspired my Vision Quest guide certification in 2017.
Over the years, I’ve worked with OSB International, facilitating global leadership programs across Europe, Central, South, and North America. Fluent in German and Spanish, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with diverse teams and cultures, supporting companies such as Audi, Infineon Technologies, Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals, ALPLA, OMV, Flextronics, ZF, Bank Austria, and MAGNA International in transforming their leadership cultures.
At the heart of my coaching is a belief in the power of human connection, curiosity, and meaningful change. Leadership isn’t just about strategy and decision-making—it’s about self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and the ability to inspire others. What drives me most is seeing people unlock their full potential—not just as leaders, but as human beings. My mission is simple: to make the world a better place to work, one person at a time.
